Your tasks

As a member of our consulting team, you support our customers in challenging projects and plans.

• Advising our customers on the realization of their projects with Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analyzing and documenting customer-specific requirements and accompanying the implementation
• Implementation and training of business processes as well as support for new launches
• You take on project management tasks for implementation projects
• As a contact person, you will also accompany our customers after the introduction

Your profile

You are characterized by:

• You have a technical and/or business education, ideally with further technical and business management training (e.g. business IT specialist HF/FH)
• Experience in fiduciary and production is an advantage
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Navision and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central
• analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills
• Independent personality with a lot of initiative
• Ability to keep a cool head in hectic situations
